Purpose of Establishment :

To rescue innocent children who are currently trapped in the darkness and fear of war, providing assistance to help them escape from conflict zones. Aiming to assist them in overcoming the trauma inflicted by war, reintegrate into peaceful societal life, and offer opportunities for education and learning. This comprehensive approach seeks to nurture their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being for healthy growth.

The World War Children Care Foundation (WCCF) is a large-scale international humanitarian public welfare initiative initiated transcending national borders, races, and religions. It aims to contribute to the establishment of a more inclusive and harmonious world, practicing the spirit of boundless compassion and building a community of shared human destiny. The permanent secretariat of WCCF is currently located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and it plans to establish branches globally, particularly in countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative, starting in 2024.

WCCF plans to launch the "Dove Aid Operation” action in 2024, collaborating closely with multiple international organisations. Sharing intelligence to identify the most urgent and critical rescue areas, organize rescue teams comprising medical personnel, social workers, volunteers, etc. Additionally, it will mobilise essential rescue supplies, including food, medicine, bedding, etc., to ensure the comprehensiveness of the rescue efforts. The goal is to successfully evacuate children from conflict zones and place them in secure shelters.

WCCF plans to set up "International Humanitarian Schools" in Malaysia and China to provide a special learning environment and adaptive education for war-affected children to help them recover from the trauma of war. The schools will accommodate war children from different races, religions, and cultures, and aim to educate children on core values, social responsibility, public service, and family values through Chinese wisdom, and to realise an intergenerational cultural education project.

WCCF plans to invite the First Lady of China, as honorary advisors to this world organisation. Together, they will lead the national chapters established globally, particularly the "Belt and Road" initiative countries, inviting the respective First Ladies of those nations to serve as honorary advisors, to collectively contribute to the boundless compassion of philanthropy, leveraging humanitarian spirit to enhance the global social impact, increase international visibility, and establish a respected and beloved image (tribute to Princess Diana).

WCCF has received donation pledges from the Green Smart Planet Platform initiated by Quantum March Group together and operated by Clement International Business Club World. A portion of the long-term proceeds will be allocated as operational funds in WCCF. Additionally, WCCF advocates the philosophy of "Doing Good Through Business", integrating commercial activities with philanthropy to collectively create societal value. WCCF plans to collaborate with strategic partners to establish a premium coffee outlet chain worldwide, promoting the vision of "Saving War Children with Your Cup of Coffee" as a charitable initiative.
